Data Analytics Trainer

• Müller's Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Data Analytics Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for
• 1-Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives
• 2-Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
• 3-Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
• 4-Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
• 5-Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels
• 6-Deliver Data Analytics training for neuro-diverse candidates

Technical Skills & Areas of Expertise

Strong understanding of

• Data storage systems (files, relational DBs, NoSQL – conceptually)

SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)

• Data integration and ETL/ELT concepts
• Data processing and data quality fundamentals
• Big data concepts (e.g., Spark, distributed processing – high level)
• Data visualization principles
• Hands-on experience with at least some of:
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, etc.)
• Data integration tools
• Spreadsheet and BI tools

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience and Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Visualization
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training
• Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.
• Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
• Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
• Industry experience translating theory into practice
