Assistant Manager Corporate Sales - Residential

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively presenting Interwood's value proposition to prospective corporate clients
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to generate new business and drive repeat engagement.

Proposal & Presentation Development

• Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and customized solutions tailored to client requirements and business objectives

Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the Corporate Sales strategy
• Monitor personal sales pipeline and take corrective action to close gaps against target

Cross-Functional Execution

• Collaborate closely with design, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless order execution, on-time delivery, and high client satisfaction

Market & Client Insight

• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable sales approaches

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in corporate sales preferably within the furniture/ interior industry/building material industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
