Estimation Administrator

United Motors Group is a leading automotive business in Saudi Arabia, representing Kia in multiple provinces and JETOUR across the Kingdom, alongside a broader aftersales and vehicle service operation. The company plays an important role in helping customers and internal teams navigate vehicle sales and service needs with accuracy, responsiveness, and operational consistency.

As an Estimation Administrator, you will support the day-to-day accuracy of pricing and quotation activity that helps sales and service teams work efficiently and confidently. This role is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to ensure estimates are complete, timely, and aligned with business standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain vehicle cost estimates, quotations, and pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to gather accurate estimation inputs.
• Review parts, labor, and service costs for pricing accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Junior-level experience preparing vehicle cost estimates and quotations in an automotive environment.
• Experience coordinating with sales, service, and operations teams.
• Native proficiency in Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engine and Vehicle, or a related field.
• Experience using dealer management systems.
• Good proficiency in English.
