As Sales & Marketing Manager, Robotic Surgery your work will help hospitals adopt life-changing technology while driving sustainable business growth and better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the da Vinci Surgical System.
Identify new business opportunities and high-potential healthcare accounts.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and partnership agreements.
Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, surgeons, procurement teams, and KOLs.
Deliver executive presentations demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial value.
Execute local marketing initiatives aligned with regional strategy.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Develop and lead the Robotic Surgery team.
Bachelor's degree
7–10 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Knowledge of Egyptian healthcare procurement and tender processes
Proven MedTech, Medical Devices, Surgical Robotics, Capital Equipment, Diagnostics or Healthcare Technology experience
Experience leading product launches or cross-functional projects
Strong B2B commercial, forecasting, budgeting and CRM experience
Excellent leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
