  • What are we looking for?
  • 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上快消行业特殊渠道/新渠道管理经验，有两油系统管理经验优先；
  • 2、熟悉快消品市场，有特殊渠道/新渠道客户资源优先；
  • 3、抗压能力强，果断、拥有必赢与坚韧的心态；
  • 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧。
  • What will be your key responsibilities?
  • •挖掘玛氏休闲食品在特渠机会点和合作机会；
  • •配合公司销售指标制定合作方案，推动合作落地；
  • •负责辖下销售预测、制定销售计划，确保销售目标达成;
  • •分析和洞察外部市场趋势及客户痛点，基于客户需求推动内部跨部门合作，如联合产品、供应链团队为客户定制一体化方案，跟进订单、物流及售后全流程，保障合作体验；
  • •和区域销售同事密切合作;
