• Position: Customer Service Representative – Travel Reservation Account

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Check room availability, rates, and hotel policies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
