About The Role
Role Overview
The Training Centers & Educational Consultancy Compliance Inspector will support the customer in inspections related to training centers, institutes, educational consultancy offices and admission-service providers .
The role focuses on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, evidence verification, documentation and identification of non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in inspections for licence renewal and new-licence requirements.
- Review licensing and compliance documentation.
- Review previous findings and Corrective Action Plans where applicable.
- Conduct pre-visit document and evidence reviews.
- Participate in on-site inspections of training centers, institutes and consultancy offices.
- Verify compliance against applicable customer regulatory requirements .
- Review supporting documentation and institutional records.
- Identify gaps, risks and areas of non-compliance.
- Document inspection evidence accurately.
- Support preparation of clear, evidence-based findings.
- Provide input into recommendations and follow-up activities.
- Escalate serious compliance issues to the customer team .
- Maintain professional communication with inspected organizations.
- Participate in required customer briefings and calibration activities .
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education Management, Public Policy or another relevant discipline.
- Relevant QA, audit, risk-management or accreditation training/certifications are preferred.

- Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in one or more of:
- Regulatory inspection
- Education services
- Training providers
- Licensing and compliance
- Educational consultancy
- Quality assurance
- Institutional audits

- Ability to identify compliance gaps.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear documentation and reporting.
- Professional stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work independently and within inspection teams.
- Integrity, confidentiality and impartiality.
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel between Emirates as required.
