Key Account Leader (Softlines/Textile)

Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager for Softlines products, you will play a key role in ensuring that our inspection programs consistently meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Your main responsibilities will be to

• Manage and follow up on assigned Key Accounts for Softlines products, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, accurately implemented, and consistently met throughout the inspection programs.
• Define, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive project performance, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the reliability and accuracy of QC results.
• Drive continuous service improvement by identifying potential issues, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining a low client claim rate.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key client contacts and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Back Office, and Frontline Operations teams, to ensure smooth program execution.
• Support pre-sales activities and client meetings , working closely with Sales and Operations teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate inspection solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and client requirements , and proactively share knowledge with team members to continuously improve inspection processes and protocols.
• Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and Specialists , providing clear direction, monitoring performance.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Softlines, quality control, inspection, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong experience in managing client accounts, understanding client requirements, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Softlines products, quality standards, inspection processes, and industry requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Good project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and develop Supervisors and Specialists.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills in Macros/VBA would be an advantage.
