Maintenance Engineer

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the production equipment repairing, regular preventive maintenance, & Daily Check 负责生产设备的维修，日常维护及点巡检。 Responsible for the new machine installation setup ， commissioning and acceptance. 新产线新设备导入，参与设备安装调试及验收； Establishing and documenting for the Equipment to meet the ISO9000 & EHS requirements. 建立并记录设备相关文件，以满足 ISO9000 和 EHS 要求 Implementing the Jig & fixture design and verify. 实施工装夹具的设计和验证 . Assist production to solve product & process problems. 协助生产解决产品和工艺问题 . Perform data analysis and troubleshooting of Equipment department. 执行设备部门的数据分析和故障排除。 Lead & assist in conducting the RBS Kaizen & Pokayoke. 领导并协助开展 RBS Kaizen & Pokayoke 。 Control the shutdown & TPM rate & take corrective action. 控制停机和 TPM 完成率并采取纠正措施。 Make the maintenance plan & implementation. 制定维护计划并实施。 QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical or Mechatronics Chemistry. 电气自动化，机械或机电一体化专业，本科及以上 More than 3 years of work experience in equipment maintenance. 从事设备维护工作 3 年以上工作经验。 Minimum of three years testing engineering experience. 至少三年测试工程经验。 Experience in PLC operation and be familiar with programming. 有 PLC 实操经验，熟悉编程。 Familiar with the use of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 熟悉液压及气动系统的使用。 English CET 4 or above, proficient in both spoken and written English skills. 英语 CET 4 或以上，熟练的口语和书面英语技能。 Strong hands-on machine debug\repair and learning abilities, good communication skills. 设备调试及维修动手能力。设备调试及维修动手能力强。 Participating in product localization projects, experience in using CAD and Solidworks software is preferred. 参与过产品本地化项目，有使用 CAD 及 Solidworks 软件经验的优先。
