Integrated Business Planning Manager-HYBRID

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager leads the cross-functional planning process in a complex, project-based environment, aligning demand, supply, project execution, and financial objectives into a single executable business plan. This role owns the monthly S&OP/IBP process, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain to develop consensus forecasts and convert project opportunities into achievable revenue plans. The IBP Manager evaluates demand, capacity, engineering readiness, supply constraints, and project milestones to identify risks and opportunities, drive scenario planning, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and working capital, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
