RH7444 - Lead - Production Direct

The Shift Lead is responsible for supporting the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the molding department. Assumes the role of Supervisor in their absence. Assists and/or coordinates the planning and organization of labor (full time and contract). Ensures that company policies are being followed, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Assists and/or coordinates production as scheduled. Strives to meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
