Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading the overall manufacturing operations to achieve excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory while supporting business growth and new product introductions. This role partners closely with the Managing Director and site leadership team to drive operational excellence, develop organizational capability, and deliver sustainable business results across the Nilai manufacturing campus.
