Job Short Description: Perform die attach operations according to approved work instructions and process specifications. Perform gold wire bonding operations using approved machine programs and process parameters. Set up and operate die attach and gold wire bond equipment for production. Verify machine setup using approved production documentation before starting production. Perform visual inspections of die placement and gold wire bonds using microscopes. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections in accordance with quality requirements. Identify and report process abnormalities, equipment issues, or product defects to the supervisor or process engineer. Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance as defined in maintenance schedules and work instructions. Replace consumables such as capillaries and bonding wire as required. Accurately record production data, inspection results, and equipment logs. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ESD controls, cleanroom protoco
