About The Role

The Product Line Manager (PLM or PM) serves as the strategic lead for the Communication Optics Product Line (COPL). This role acts as the vital link between customers, R&D, and Operations to drive growth across the Datacom (AI/Data Centers), Telecom, and Satcom markets. PLM owns the P&L, Customer Engagement, Product Strategy, New Project & Solutions of Communication Optics key projects (such as CPO, OCS, MDM, Garnet/Polarcor, etc.)
