Equipment Technician

We're looking for experienced equipment technicians to join our Suzhou Equipment team.

Responsibilities Perform PM/CAL for the responsible equipment on time with good quality. Support production to improve the equipment performance indices on day to day basis. Perform major down repair and equipment overhaul and upgrade independently. Manage and control spare parts and tools for the responsible area, also to control and reduce the usage of spare parts and tools. Generate the equipment training material and conduct training to technicians and operators. Take lead in SMT and TPM activities to have significant output. Propose engineering solutions to improve equipment performance or environment. Equipment technical reporting writing. Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system.

Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing. Good communication skills. Familiar with equipment operation and maintenance. Familiar with equipment maintenance system. Knowledge of equipment PM/Cal procedure. Knowledge of product process flow.
