As a Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic high paced team environment, supporting design, fabrication, assembly, and test. You will evaluate existing and new requirements; propose new methods and processes to maximize manufacturing efficiency to improve yield and reduce cost, while improving quality. Performance Objectives • Interface with the Product / Device Engineers & Business Units to drive quality initiatives and maintain best in class outgoing quality – jointly identify and drive wafer Fab, Assembly and Final test improvements. • Identify/correct potential product marginalities and reduce potential product scrap/quality event. • Take leadership role to establish relationships between multiple manufacturing sites and engineering departments to drive corrective actions tied to quality improvements. • Analyze and deliver KPIs (Scrap, Cost and Quality) to ensure the PSG business objectives. • Monitor, review and present regular quality performance data and metrics to stakeholders in a concise and clear way that enables data-driven decision-making. • Participate in yield analysis, drive necessary improvement actions on silicon process, setting optimization, and testing robustness in order to improve yield to target • Driving regular and special cross-functional team meetings towards consensus of PSG requirements

Requirements: · BSEE or MSEE preferably with 10+ years of experience in wafer fab, integation or product engineering · Knowledge in MOSFET technologies with gate driver IC · Proven record of product engineering leadership resulting in quantifiable improvements in quality, yield, cost or process. · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Advance programming skills, and use of statistical software (e.g., Excel, JMP, DataPower/exensio), · Experience in using lab/bench equipment or automated test equipment (ATE) · Thorough understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics, product testing, performance and reliability. · The ideal candidate should be: o A self-starter with high-energy and strong drive for accomplishment. o Strongly motivated and committed to success o Constantly strives to do things better and to challenge old ideas (including their own) o Willing and able to work outside of experience and comfort zone o A strong team player, detail oriented, and performs well under pressure Below skills and experiences are preferred • Previous experience in MOSFET/IGBT technologies and GaN plus. • Thorough understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics, product testing, performance and reliability. • Strong self-motivated, initiative and integration mind.
