Tactical Planner

Manage the tactical responsibilities for a specific group of products, in support of the Business Strategy Responsible for the key supply chain metrics related to the product group as described in the goal plan Manage processes and activities for Custom Foundry/Automotive products Quality System compliance Communicate customer issues Optimize Global Customer On Time Delivery Interface between Key Touch Points Coordinate inquiries and activities with manufacturing sites Employment at onsemi is contingent on providing verification of work authorization and verification of U.S. Person status (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or obtaining any necessary license for roles requiring access to hardware, software, services, or technical data controlled by U.S. export control laws and regulations

BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline At least two (2) years of experience in the Semiconductor industry Analytical and with effective problem-solving skills Can multitask, has good organizational & time management Skills Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills Able to coordinate with cross functional Teams, and at a global level Good understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering processes Familiar with the Fab, Sort, Assembly and Test operation requirements and procedures
