Client Relationship Manager | Employee Share Plans

The role of a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to deliver against MUFG Pension & Market Services (MPMS) client objectives of understanding, anticipating and managing the needs and expectations of our employee share plans clients to ensure maximum revenue potential and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. CRMs are ultimately responsible for the premium delivery of services to MUFG Pension & Market Services employee plans clients and their employees. This includes managing client expectations, negotiating service level agreements, managing employee share plans vesting, offer and reporting requirements, account planning, cross-selling and strategic initiatives.
