Rejection Review Manager

Eligibility Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in Consumer Products, CIU, Product, or Risk. Skills Required : Analytical & Negotiation Skills Communication & Leadership Skills MS Office Proficiency Regulatory & Unsecured Product Knowledge Responsibilities: Overseeing the analysis, validation, and review of rejected applications for potential reconsideration. Reviewing canceled, declined, and rejected cases to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and SBP Consumer Financing regulations. Leading the appeals process by preparing rebuttals, reviewing documentation, and identifying errors or process gaps. Developing improvement strategies while maintaining records of rejection trends, overturned decisions, and financial impacts for management reporting.
