Senior Manager - Transitions

The Senior Manager – Transitions will lead end-to-end transition programs across EXL’s global footprint, ensuring seamless migration and successful delivery of client engagements. This role requires deep expertise in transitions, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic transformation initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening the transitions function by introducing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and providing thought leadership to enhance transition design and execution. Additionally, this role will support business growth by contributing to solutioning for new opportunities and leading transition delivery for won deals.
