Lead Training expert, surgery coding training is responsible for establishing and managing training and development strategies for coding audit programs. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, coding expertise, and adherence to SOPs and quality standards, Develops and implements strategic need analyses and training plans for the programs; coordinates and evaluates curriculum development and conducts the preparation and delivery of training.
