AR Trainer

Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding training for new hires on AR cash application processes, systems, and tools Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions to improve accuracy and timeliness of cash posting Facilitate training on end-to-end cash application processes including: Lockbox processing ACH/EFT and wire payments Credit card posting Refunds and chargebacks NSF and reversal transactions Provide training on reconciliation of payments to bank statements prior to posting Train team members on identifying and resolving unapplied and misapplied cash Facilitate training on credits on account, payment transfers, and adjustments Qualifications: College Graduate 2-3 years of relevant experience Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays. Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
