Responsible for designing and delivering training programs to develop employee skills, improve performance, and support organizational learning goals.

Develop and deliver training materials and learning sessions Assess training needs and identify skill gaps Facilitate onboarding and continuous employee development programs Monitor trainee progress and evaluate learning effectiveness Update training content based on process or policy changes Conduct workshops, coaching, and hands-on training activities Prepare training reports and performance evaluations Collaborate with HR and department leaders on learning initiatives
