About The Role

Supports patient satisfaction through clear guidance and timely response to call lights and phones. Prioritizes tasks effectively and handles work demands appropriately. Retrieves and secures medications from the tube system correctly. Responds appropriately to emergency situations and follows related policies and procedures. Performs computer downtime procedures per TriHealth guidelines. Stays informed about organizational and unit changes and supports new initiatives. Demonstrates accountability, identifies areas for improvement, and pursues self ‑ development. Maintains proficiency in unit ‑ specific computer applications and equipment operations.
