Medical Data Assistant

The Medical Assistant supports the Migration Health Assessment Centre (MHAC) by providing administrative, customer service, and data processing support for migration health assessments. The role is responsible for assisting migrants with appointment scheduling and inquiries, maintaining accurate medical records and databases, processing applicant documentation, coordinating the transmission of medical files, and ensuring efficient reception and call centre operations. The incumbent contributes to the smooth delivery of migration health services while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer care.
