Maintenance Manager - InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the engineering operation at InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef, leading a skilled team responsible for keeping our resort, staff village and guest areas operating safely, efficiently and seamlessly. From sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems to plant rooms, public spaces and resort infrastructure, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role in ensuring everything works as it should — often before our guests even notice it. Working closely with the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Scheduler, you’ll drive our Preventative and Reactive Maintenance Programs, reduce unplanned downtime and keep the resort performing at its very best.
