HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiting Team is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure the hotel attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. This includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and offer, developing employer branding and sourcing strategies through channels such as social media, school partnerships, and internal mobility, and coordinating interviews and assessments in collaboration with department heads. The recruiting team also maintains accurate recruitment data, tracks key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, and supports onboarding activities up to the point of handover to the relevant department.​
