Assistant HR Manager, Operational Excellence & HRIS

The HR Assistant Manager, Operational Excellence & HRIS will support the continuous improvement of HR processes, service delivery, and digital enablement across Asia. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and support the adoption of digital solutions and expansion of our HR system capability to improve efficiency and employee experience. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, Asia this individual will liaison and partner with the Global Director, HRIS and Process Improvement to ensure global alignment while championing regional needs. They will work closely with HR leaders, country HR teams, HRIS, HR operations, and other stakeholders to identify and coordinate improvement initiatives and help build scalable, data-driven HR practices across the region.
