Key Responsibilities : Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of hotel Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, conducting regular inspections to ensure all equipment remains in peak condition Oversee facilities and maintain engineering plants to ensure all machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime, while providing rapid emergency technical support as required Lead and supervise the technician team to conduct routine inspections, repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, consistently upholding high standards of guest experience Qualifications: Holder of a valid Registered Electrical Worker (REW) License (Grade A or above) issued by EMSD Diploma or above, Certificate in Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines A minimum of 2 years of supervisory-level experience in engineering or facilities maintenance, preferably within a hotel, luxury residential complex or commercial property Highly capable in multi-skilled maintenance tasks with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues Able to work on a rotational shift roster (9 working hours per day).
