Tonga: HR Generalist

The Human Resources Department (HRD) is seeking to appoint an HR Generalist to provide HR operational support services in Tonga. This role is suited for someone who can work with minimal supervision, manage complex workforce matters and partner effectively with leaders, employees, HR colleagues and HQ stakeholders. This is a permanent full-time position based at the Tonga Country Office reporting to the Area HR Operations Manager. We are willing to implement a development pathway for the right candidate who may partially meet requirements.
