Technician, Routine Maintenance (MEE) (Kuala Kangsar, Perak)

Responsibilities Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical assets in accordance with approved schedules and maintenance standards. Attend to equipment breakdowns and emergency call-outs within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA), including standby or on-call duties when required. Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects, prepare reports, and ensure timely rectification in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Plan, execute, and monitor daily maintenance activities while maintaining accurate records and updating maintenance systems (e.g. RAMS). Supervise subcontractors, evaluate work quality and performance, and assist in contract administration, including payment certification and work verification. Ensure proper upkeep of maintenance tools, equipment, and assets, including monitoring scheduled waste disposal and Green House activities. Comply with all company policies, quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements, including ISO standards and applicable statutory regulations. Requirements Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably within infrastructure, highway, industrial, or facilities maintenance environments. Certified PW4 Wireman is an added advantage. Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel or work on standby/on-call duties when required.
