Recruitment and Retention Associate

-Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, policies, programs, practices and tactics in local, national and international environments. -Establish and maintain effective external relationships (e.g. employers, regulators, post-secondary institutions) -Provide specialized and complex information on professional licensure, including required national examinations and assessment pathways, to physicians and health professionals considering Saskatchewan as a place to work/practice. -Build trusting relationships with students, residents, physicians and health professionals to influence their decision on where to work/practice. -Utilize, support and troubleshoot software that hosts candidate profiles to ensure the Agency has the insights needed to promote career opportunities -provide front-line service to public and others on services and programs such as incentives, resources for licensing and job posting.
