Function: Forensic — Ethics & Compliance Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Grade: Senior Consultant Experience: 3+ years in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management About the role KPMG's Forensic practice is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team delivering ethics and compliance solutions to clients — contributing to framework design, investigations, and risk assessments, and producing high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. What our team delivers Design, implementation, and enhancement of Ethics & Compliance frameworks Compliance transformation initiatives and target operating model design Compliance and forensic investigations (e.g. fraud, misconduct) Third-party risk management and due diligence processes Compliance risk assessments and gap analyses with actionable remediation plans Alignment with global and local regulatory requirements across all deliverables Insight on emerging compliance risks, enforcement trends, and industry guidance — particularly within the energy and oil & gas sectors Key responsibilities Client delivery: Support the design of compliance frameworks and the execution of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards. Project support: Contribute to client engagements with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and support the mentoring of junior team members. Regulatory awareness: Keep up to date with relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverables remain compliant. Business development: Help identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and support the preparation of proposals and client materials. Internal reporting: Report progress and updates on assignments to the performance manager, team leader, or engagement manager. Qualifications & experience 3+ years of relevant experience in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations, or risk assessment work, ideally in a consulting, advisory, or regulated industry setting Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles Progress toward relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP, ICA, or similar) is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus Interest in or exposure to the energy / oil & gas sectors is desirable
