About The Role
Goal: Address fluctuations in OB census and limited access to resource nurses by assigning team members based on shift vacancy/acuity; provide support for call-ins. Target staffing: 1 Cross-Campus (CC) RN per shift, Monday through Friday. No holidays. No weekends Criteria: • RN with at least 1 year of L&D or LDRP experience • Must be able to float to Fishers, North, and West
