Senior Semiconductor Equipment Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Equipment Engineer to join Mycronic’s Global Technologies division working within Surfx Technologies, our Applied Plasma business line. It is an exciting time to join our team! The Semiconductor Equipment Engineer is a pivotal position You'll spearhead the development of Surfx Technologies innovative, turnkey plasma tools for the semiconductor industry. These tools leverage our proprietary atmospheric pressure, argon plasma technology to deliver rapid, effective, and damage/particle-free surface modification. This role demands deep mechatronics expertise and close collaboration with sales, service, process, and management teams to secure a significant market share in semiconductor equipment.
