Chemical Engineer

We are looking for a Chemical Engineer to join Mycronic's Global Technologies division within our Applied Plasma business line (Surfx Technologies). It is an exciting time to join our growing team! Surfx Technologies is a fast-growing company that develops atmospheric argon plasma solutions for the high-volume manufacturing of integrated circuits, semiconductor packages, printed circuit boards, and other microelectronic devices. Our automated plasma systems provide highly effective surface cleaning, activation, and metal oxide removal, improving adhesion and product reliability. By utilizing our proprietary atmospheric argon plasma technology, customers produce assembled products that are less susceptible to corrosion, delamination, and bond failure throughout their service life. Our customers include many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers and technology companies.
