Senior Business Controller (k/m)

As Senior Business Controller, you will act as a key business partner to the Site Manager and Country Management. You will oversee financial performance, drive business insights, and ensure robust financial planning and controlling processes across a complex, multi-business manufacturing environment. In this position, you will manage a team while providing strategic guidance on financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and business growth. You will combine analytical expertise with commercial acumen, helping the organization make informed decisions and achieve its operational and financial objectives.
