Description Expediting the readiness of orders for all the Project deliverables like bulk material & equipment’s from suppliers and arrange the delivery Timely as well as comply to project documentation requirements. • Update the order placement details regularly against each Purchase requisition and Material requisition. Expedite the supplier and obtain the order confirmation for all the purchase orders Expedite the supplier and ensure the availability of VDRL (Vendor Document Requirement List) and its documents on time as per agreed document deliverable schedule (if applicable) Prepare the procurement tracker for all the project (for project material) with reference to PR /MR Expedite all the suppliers and update the progress on material manufacturing process and delivery readiness in tracker (applicable for project) Monitor the progress and highlight the delay if any to project team as soon as it identified.
