The Driver Recruitment Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of day-to-day marketing activities aimed at attracting and engaging CDL drivers and other fleet talent pools. They focus on tactical execution, including posting jobs, managing recruitment outreach campaigns, and supporting social media and digital marketing efforts. They work closely with Fleet Recruiting, corporate Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams to ensure job opportunities are effectively promoted across multiple channels and remain brand aligned.
