RCM Coordinator (Emirati National)

This role will support the three functions of RCM Department - Pre-Authorization, Claim Submission and Payer Relations. The staff will be assigned to any of the three Teams based on their educational background and work experience. They will be guided and trained by the respective Leads or Line Manager from the three Teams. The employee will be given the opportunity to rotate yearly to the three Teams depending on their performance which will maximize their efficiency and professional growth.
