Assistant Gym Manager (Arabic Speaker)

The Assistant Gym Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operation of the Spa, Fitness Center, Pool, and Wellness Programs while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury hospitality standards. The role oversees daily operations, team performance, facility maintenance, revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and health & safety compliance. The Assistant Gym Manager works closely with Spa Management to maximize operational efficiency, wellness programming, and service excellence.
