Operational Excellence Manager – JKM Region

About The Role
The Operational Excellence Manager will lead the implementation of Hilton’s Operational Excellence strategy across the Japan & Korea (JKM) region. This role is responsible for driving productivity improvements, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple hotels. The position partners closely with General Managers, Directors of Operations, Directors of Finance, and OE Champions to ensure disciplined execution of Labor Management Systems (LMS), benchmarking, and operational best practices.
