About The Role
Client Support Specialist WXII, the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to support our Sales team in a fast-paced, multiplatform advertising environment. This role supports the execution of broadcast and digital advertising campaigns from order entry through completion. The ideal candidate thrives under deadlines, manages multiple priorities, embraces new technology—including AI-powered productivity tools—and delivers exceptional service to internal and external clients. This is an in-person position reporting to the Digital Sales Manager.
