Assoc. Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

The Associate Manager, Site Reliability Engineering leads the Vietnam-based SRE team within GRE’s East region, owning the day-to-day delivery, development, and operational discipline of a team of Level 6-7 Site Reliability Engineers operating in a follow-the-sun coverage model. This is a first-line management role for a hands-on leader who can both run a reliable shift-based operation and grow early-to-mid career engineers into strong independent contributors. The Vietnam team is a new anchor in GRE’s global coverage model, providing reliability coverage and clean handoffs between US and India shifts for Yum! Brands’ global restaurant technology. The Associate Manager is accountable for making that coverage dependable: shift discipline, handoff quality, incident response rigor, and a team culture of ownership.
