📦 About the Role

As a Dutch-speaking Delivery Advisor , you'll help customers keep track of their orders and solve delivery issues quickly and professionally.

Your responsibilities include

Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
Tracking packages and resolving delivery issues
Coordinating with customers, vendors and logistics partners
Making sure every interaction is smooth, helpful and professional
Staying up to date with company policies, products and services

Requirements

🔎 What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch
B2+ English
Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Logistics or delivery experience is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent
