Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment
• Handle incoming calls, providing excellent customer service
• Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow
• Billing invoices to customers
• Coding and entering accounts payable invoices
• Inventory receiving
• Other various office related paperwork responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Clerical/Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
