## Description

We're looking for a highly organized and confident **Appointment Setter** to be the first point of contact for prospective homeowners. You'll engage with new leads, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team while maintaining accurate records in **Zoho CRM/Zoho One**.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong phone skills, excellent follow-up habits, and **hands-on experience using Zoho CRM or Zoho One** in a customer-facing or sales support role.

### Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners requesting estimates or information.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and CRM workflows.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and minimize no-shows.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and lead statuses in **Zoho CRM/Zoho One**.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointment schedules and lead updates.
• Ensure all interactions are documented promptly and accurately.
• Assist with occasional recruiting outreach or scheduling support when needed.

## Requirements
### Required

• At least **2 years of experience** in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar phone-based role.
• **Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM and/or Zoho One** (required).
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.

### Preferred

• Experience supporting a home services, construction, roofing, HVAC, restoration, or similar business.
• Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales environment.
• Familiarity with SMS follow-up and lead nurturing processes.

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• **Internet Connection:**
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
• Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
• **Primary Device:**
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
