This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to turn strategic growth objectives into compelling, multi-channel marketing <initiatives.You> will take ownership of content planning, creative execution, and campaign delivery across multiple client accounts and brand channels.Working closely with senior leaders and subject-matter experts, you will transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant content.Your work will span written content, thought leadership, social campaigns, visual assets, short-form video, and repurposed marketing <materials.You> will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing projects from initial concept through delivery and optimization.The role is ideal for a creative, commercially aware marketer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple industries and <audiences.As> the marketing function grows, you will also have opportunities to improve processes, experiment with new formats, and expand your scope.

Accountabilities

  • Own content planning, strategy execution, and delivery across multiple client accounts and internal brand channels.
  • Develop original content concepts, creative angles, hooks, campaign messaging, and ideas aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Write high-quality social media copy, long-form articles, blogs, thought-leadership pieces, and other marketing content for specific audiences.
  • Ghostwrite content and messaging for directors, co-founders, and subject-matter experts while accurately reflecting their individual voices and perspectives.
  • Create and edit visual assets, graphics, and short-form video content to support campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews with clients and technical specialists to capture insights and transform complex information into accessible, engaging content.
  • Repurpose podcasts, workshops, articles, videos, and other long-form materials into multiple marketing formats.
  • Manage campaign timelines, coordinate freelancers or other support resources, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, target markets, and audience behavior to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance, interpret relevant metrics, and use insights to improve future creative strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal content workflows, processes, and delivery frameworks as operations scale.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–6+ years of experience in content marketing, creative marketing, integrated marketing, or a related role, either agency-side or in-house.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across written, visual, and video content.
  • Proven copywriting skills across multiple formats, audiences, and marketing channels.
  • Experience planning, executing, and managing multi-channel content initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate commercial objectives, strategic goals, or broad briefs into high-quality creative output.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand complex, technical, or specialist subject matter.
  • Experience using marketing technology and AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, production, or workflow efficiency.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment and managing multiple client accounts is advantageous.
  • B2B thought-leadership experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to the built environment, construction, engineering, property, or other technical sectors is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude or other large language models, and <Riverside.fm> is a plus.
