We're urgently hiring an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher in Leominster. If you're an experienced toddler teacher, infant teacher, or preschool teacher who loves the 15 months–3 years age group, we'd love to meet you.

What We Are Looking For

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required
• Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
• Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
• Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
