Recruiter

The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of roles across sales, marketing, creative, and GTM functions. This person will partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience from first outreach to offer.Key Responsibilities• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview rubrics, and hiring plans• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS• Provide a timely, professional, and positive experience for all candidates• Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness)• Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and outreach messaging• Stay current on market compensation trends and talent availability for key rolesQualifications• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or creative roles preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly• Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple open roles• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesSound judgment in evaluating candidates and communicating with hiring managersNice to Have• Experience recruiting for GTM, performance marketing, or sales leadership roles• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms• Experience supporting a remote or distributed teamWhat We Offer• Fully remote work environment• Competitive salary and equity opportunities• Performance bonuses• Health, dental, and vision benefits• Other benefits such as daily lunch stipend, monthly wifi, cell phone and subscriptionreimbursement, and annual hardware stipend• Flexible PTO and remote-friendly culture• Bi-annual Corporate Offsites• Opportunity to help shape a function at a rapidly scaling tech company
